"to cover all the points" - means to discuss every issue on a topic usually when people negotiate in order  to sign a contract; (букв. покривам всички точки; дискутирам всички въпроси, точки в дневен ред )

Example: I think we covered all the 10 points and we agreed on everything so we can consider that the contract is only matter of time.
